RayVents is a platform for discovering local events. The provider aggregates event information from publicly available sources and makes it available to users. The platform offers free basic use as well as paid premium plans.
3. Liability
The provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of event information. Events sourced from third parties may be cancelled, postponed, or changed without notice. The provider is not liable for such changes.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction for commercial disputes is Darmstadt, Germany.
